Offerings

Your body is an integrated system, not a collection of separate parts.  That's why I take a whole-body approach to addressing core and pelvic floor function; because your shoulders, ribs, hips, and feet all affect how strong and responsive your core and pelvic floor are.  When your body moves better, you feel better.

Group Classes

The Restore Your Core® classes offer a full-body approach to core and pelvic floor training.  We will explore a range of tools to improve posture, strength, and mobility, and learn strategies to help the core and pelvic floor be functional, reflexive, and supportive.  Classes are safe and supportive for diastasis recti and prolapse.  The 6-week series is $145.

Private Sessions

If you are looking for a more individualized approach, a private session includes a thorough assessment of your movement patterns, breathing, and core strategy.  You will receive personalized plan with corrective exercises.  60 minute sessions start at $95, 4-session package starts at $360.  Online sessions available.
