About Me

For years, my discouragement with how my body felt paralleled my increasing symptoms of core and pelvic floor dysfunction. I finally found the online Restore Your Core®️ program ten years after having my second baby, and gained confidence, strength, hope, and the empowerment that comes with knowing I can create positive change in my body. I was so excited about the changes I noticed in my body, both in my physical and mental health, that I became passionate about sharing this valuable information with others.  I became a certified Restore Your Core®️ teacher in 2019.  I feel like I have too many interests for the amount of time I actually have to spend doing them(!), but a few of my hobbies include reading, gardening, and hiking.
